There is no ticket system and no bot. There is one address, read by the person who wrote the software.
Email:

Expect a reply within a couple of days. It is one person in Italy, not a
rota.
If a clip came out wrong
Include the date and time you recorded it and what you expected instead. If the clip is still on your dashboard, say so — it can be looked at directly for thirty days, after which it is deleted and there is nothing left to inspect.
If a job is stuck
Jobs that stop making progress are requeued and retried automatically, up to three times, before being marked failed with a reason. If something has been sitting in one state for more than about ninety minutes, that is worth reporting — it means the automatic recovery did not fire.
If posting to TikTok failed
Send the error text shown on the review screen. Most failures are one of three things: an expired connection (sign out and connect again), a privacy option your account does not allow, or the app's sandbox restriction while production review is pending. The integration page explains the last one.
Deleting your data
Everything is deleted automatically thirty days after it is created. To have it removed sooner, or to ask what is held about you, write to the address above from the account you used and say so plainly — no form, no reason required. Revoking Media I/O inside TikTok's own app permissions stops the tokens working immediately; the email removes the stored record as well.
Reporting abuse or a rights problem
If content made with this service infringes your rights or breaks the rules of a platform it was posted to, write to the same address with a link and a description. It will be looked at by a person.
Security
If you find a vulnerability, please report it to the same address before disclosing it publicly. It will be answered.
